20-year-old man hires gunmen to assassinate his father.

Yahaya Sai’du, 20, was apprehended by the Yobe State Police Command for allegedly hiring armed men to kill his father, Sai’du Oroh.
DSP Dungus Abdulkarim, the State Command’s Public Relations Officer, stated that the suspect was apprehended in Gujba on Monday.
According to investigations, the suspect paid the gunmen N350,000 to kill his father, a herdsman.
Three empty bullet shells from a double barrel gun were discovered at the scene, and police immediately began searching for the suspects.
“Detectives, acting on intelligence, arrested Sa’idu in Gujba town on October 17, while attempting to sell 30 cows he stole from his late father,” Abdulkarim said.
The PPRO stated that the police are on the hunt for the remaining three suspects and that they will be apprehended soon.
He stated that Sa’idu would face prosecution following a thorough investigation.

At Statesboro-Bulloch County Airport, the Georgia Southern University student was returning to the plane piloted by his two friends when he was hit twice on the head.
Aliyu and his date were on their way to Savannah, which is about 55 miles from the main campus of the university where he was studying.
Bulloch County Coroner Jake Futch told the Statesboro Herald about Aliyu’s death: “They flew to Savannah to go on a date, flew back, landed at the Statesboro Airport, and the young lady got off the plane, and he got off the plane and walked toward the front of the plane.”
