“The paradox of the prophet: his very success is his failure. The prophet whose time has come no longer shocks; he entertains. The State Chairman, Road Transport Employers’ Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) Bayelsa State Council; Chief (Dr) Oyinkuro Ifie Ereboh has today, unveiled the official/operational outfit of the Union body in Bayelsa State.
This exercise took off from the popular Tombia Chapel (Tombia/Etegwe Roundabout) and will cut across all 14 chapels and units under the Union Body. This idea will in turn identify the members of the union and help apprehend hoodlums and criminals that has over the years claimed to be part of the union and given the union body/chapel a bad name. A true leader has the vision and conviction that a dream can be achieved and inspires the power and energy to get it.
The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold to opposed ideas in the mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function, one should for example be able to see that things are hopeless and yet be determined to make them otherwise. Chief (Dr) Oyinkuro Ifie Ereboh has completely changed/added value to the transport sector of Bayelsa State Government, Road Transport Employers’ Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) and Nigeria.
To grasp and hold a vision is the very essence of successful leadership because vision without execution is hallucination.
