This is sequel to a petition written to the anti-graft agency by the Secretary General of the Integrity and Good Governance Nigeria, (IGGN) Dr. Chima Chibuike.

The petition stated that Community High School, Araromi Rubber Estate, Araromi Odigbo, Ondo State in a reply to an enquiry stated that it did not organize any NECO examination for any external candidate in November 2008.
