Lalong lauds Appeal Court President for enforcing traffic regulations

Gov. Simon Lalong of Plateau has lauded the President, Court of Appeal, Justice Monica Dongba-Mensem on her efforts to enforce compliance with traffic regulations.
The governor made the commendation in a message to felicitate with Dongba as she marked her 66th birthday on June 13.
The message was conveyed by Lalong’s spokesperson, Dr Makut Macham on Monday in Jos.
He commended the celebrator for her passion toward improving road safety in Nigeria, by devoting time and resources to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure motorists applied caution on the roads.
He eulogised her for upholding integrity, honesty, diligence and fairness in the conduct of her official duties, urging her to continue sustaining the virtues as she served the nation.
“She has continued to be a shining light in the Judiciary by providing sound leadership since assuming duty as the President of the second highest court in the land,” he said.
Lalong wished her more years of happiness, good health and wisdom.
