Warri_____ The paramount ruler of Gbaramatu Kingdom, HRM Oboro Gbaraun II Aketekpe (Agadagba), has given his blessings to the front line 2023 Governorship aspirant in Delta State, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi.
The monarch gave his blessings on Wednesday, during a consultative to the King at Oporoza, headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area, Delta State.
Gbagiâs arrival to the Ijaw Community was heralded with wide jubilation as women, youths and children welcomed him happily. Gbagi reaffirmed commitment to attract development to the area as he edges hopefully to govern Delta State 2023.
The Gbaramtu monarch expressed optimism that Gbagi will make a good governor in Delta state if elected adding that he is trusted.
In his statement, the monarch said, âOlorogun Gbagi we have known you, you are one of us, you are the first governorship candidate to visit me, is an honour to receive you.
âMy brother and subject, I pray for you, the governorship you are seeking, will get it to you. It will reach your hands, you will govern well.
We trust you, youâre one of us, I give you my prayersâ.
âIt is well with you, you will be the governorâ.
In the occasion, the governorship hopeful and industrialist had told the monarch and people of Delta State that he will create 100 new cities comparable to any city in the world, economically viable for the good and growth of the State.
That the entire Ijaw area, that was neglected will become the tourism hub of the entire south South come 2023 he added.
