Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports

A few candidates who would carry the party’s flag during the 2023 elections received flags from the Accord Party leadership in Oyo State.

those who received flags at the Ibadan South West Local Government Party’s monthly meeting, held at the

Chief Rotimi Ajanaku (Ibadan South-West and North-West Federal Constituency), Chief Kolapo Kola-Daisi (Oyo South Senatorial District), and Mr. Babamide Ashiru are among the students at the Baptist Secondary School in Oke-Ado, Ibadan (Ibadan South-west Constituency 2.)

While giving the candidates flags, the party’s governor candidate in the state, Chief Bayo Adelabu, expressed his happiness at the high turnout of members and said that the party is growing every day and will be a major force in the general elections of 2023.

The party would win the state’s general elections in 2023, according to the former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). He urged party members to keep up their efforts to enlist more supporters in the Accord Party’s winning cause.

It’s a fantastic chance to use our party’s regular meeting in your local government to present flags to our senate candidate and candidates from the two councils of Ibadan South West and North West.

“We want all gatherings to continue, ward by ward, local government by local government, with great passion and purpose, uniting all of our people before the start of the campaign for the 2023 elections. Work with the candidates you are familiar with to ensure our party’s victory in the upcoming elections.

In his remarks, Ajanaku, the Accord Party candidate for the Ibadan South-West and North-West Federal House of Representatives, stated that his goal is to advance and defend the interests of the residents of the Federal Constituency and, consequently, Oyo State. He added that all of the party’s candidates in the state are people of high moral character who have achieved success in their respective fields.

We are now members of Accord, a political party without a stain. I have looked into what Accord represents, and I can assure you that it is a place where I may fulfill my potential and where no avaricious leader will thwart my good intentions for the residents of the Southwest and Northwest Federal Constituency and Oyo State in general.

On the basis of the timetable agreed by the Independent National Electoral Commission, he continued, the party will demonstrate its mettle once the genuine campaign got underway (INEC).
