APC youths under the umbrella of APC Youths Alliance, coalition of 40 youths associations in Kebbi state have vowed to deliver Kebbi State in the 2019 general election for President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu.
The Kebbi State Chairman of APC Youths Alliance, Yahaya Dan Illela made the promise at a press conference in Birnin Kebbi.
He said the alliance which is a coalition of youth groups and association under APC were poised to ensure that President Buhari and Governor Bagudu are re-elected in the 2019 general election.
According to him, the alliance will use its 20,000 strong structure across the state to mobilise electorates in favour of PMB and governor Bagudu.
“Youths are the driving force of any democratic process as well as engine room for achieving political development.
” We have been empowered by APC led administration, over 1000 of our members have acquired skills in various trade to become self-employed courtesy of APC in Kebbi State””, he said.
The Secretary of the alliance, Nasiru Muhammad Gironmasa also reiterated the commitment of the groups to mobilse support for APC ahead of 2019 election.
He said PMB would not have to worry about Kebbi because Kebbi according to him is the stronghold of APC in Nigeria and 90% of youths in Kebbi are solidly behind APC led administration at all levels.
He highlighted some of the developmental achievements recorded by PMB and Bagudu in Agriculture, security youth empowerment, electricity supply and poverty alleviation as indices that will ginger re-election of APC in 2019.
