The voice behind the video said, “Staff sitting down; they refused to go inside VGC at the polling units where we are supposed to vote.
“They decided to stay outside at the gate of VGC. They insist that they are not going inside. We don’t know why they don’t want to go inside, but we are still waiting.
“Everybody is supposed to go inside the VGC to the original voting polling point inside VGC. INEC staff have refused to go inside so that voting can commence. They stopped at the gate. Everybody is now disenfranchised. No voting as of now.”
