Ibekimi Oriamaja reporting for TrackNews
During today’s State stakeholders meeting, Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma declared his state’s loyalty to the All Progressives Congress (APC) and not to any individual or political party.
The governor stated that due to the dedication and commitment of its members, the APC will win all elective offices from the state to the national level.
The Governor said “WE ARE APC MEMBERS, WE ARE OBEDIENT TO APC NOT OBEDIENT TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR ANY OTHER POLITICAL PARTY”
The Governor took advantage of the opportunity to urge all party members to remain loyal and unwavering in the face of provocation and unjustified actions.
He stated that the APC is the only political party that rewards loyalty and works to advance all.
Uzodinma stated unequivocally that the days of APC godfatherism are over, and that anyone who relies on a so-called godfather to win an election in the APC is a non-serious politician.
He stated that the APC is a household name in Imo state and throughout the country, and that as a result of his government’s accomplishments over the years, people will vote massively for the party and its candidates.
