Osun 22: EFCC Storms Polling Booths To Stop Vote Buying

The operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) are as at now at many of the polling booths in Osun State to curb vote buying during the gubernatorial election in the state today.
Mr. Mohammed Oluwatimileyin Taoheed, our Correspondent, covers that the operatives of the anti-graft agency arrived at the Freedom Park, Old Garage inOsogbo about 8am.
Recall that Gboyega Oyetola is running for election as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress while Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party who believed that his mandate was stolen by the APC in 2018 is all out to emerge the winner of the electoral process.
The likes of Labour Party and the Social Democratic Party are all out to emerge winner in the governorship election in Osun State.
The EFCC operatives said they are out to reduce the level of vote buying unlike the governorship election in Ekiti State weeks ago where there were reports of vote buying.
