TRACKING_____A Women has been Arrested for Marrying two Men in Ebonyi state,

A 22-year-old girl, Nkeiruka Winifred, and two other men, Chijoke Obasi 47-year-old and Stanley Mbam 30-year-old, were arraigned before a magistrates court in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state.

The Ebonyi State police have accused the three men of plotting a marital dispute with them, which is in contravention of the Ebonyi State.

Winifreds a girl is accused of plotting a relationship with Stanley Mbam, despite the fact that she is married to Dr. Solomon Nwankwo. The three were charged in Hausa Quarters and Mbam Street in Abakaliki Local Government Area.

The Ebonyi State Police Service raided the court on Monday, February 18, charged with three counts of solidarity, two marriages and fraud.

The prosecutor, ASP Mathias Eze, told the court that the law provides for the criminal offenses of the three sections of 516A (a), 370 and 419 (A) of the Nigerian High Court. 2009.
