Amount of money Messi will lose after PSG suspension revealed

Paris Saint-Germain forward, Lionel Messi, is reportedly set to lose €1.7 million in wages because of his suspension at Parisians.

Messi is set to miss PSG’s next two matches against Troyes and Ajaccio this month due to the suspension.

PSG were not happy with the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner travelling to Saudi Arabia without the club’s permission on Monday.

The French Ligue 1 champions have decided to suspend the Argentine World Cup winner for two weeks without pay and have asked him to stay away from training too.

As per a report in Forbes, Messi will lose around €1.7 million during this time of his suspension.

The former Barcelona captain was in the Middle East as a part of his role for Saudi Arabian Tourism, and was around the city of Riyadh
