Andrew Efemini, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Uniport is dead

Professor Andrew Efemini, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of University of Port Harcourt has died.

Efemini died on Saturday at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital. The cause of his death is not yet known.

Efemini’s appointment as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Uniport was confirmed on Wednesday.

A professor of philosophy of development, Efemini studied at the University of Calabar, University of Nigeria Nsukka and Virginia University.
