The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has extended its sale of Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms for the 2023 general elections.

The party on Tuesday evening announced that the deadline for the purchase of the forms for various political offices will close on Thursday, May 12, 2022.

For aspirants who have already purchased the forms, they have until Friday may 13 to submit them while the party prepare for its primary elections.

TrackNews recalls that APC had earlier announced that the sale of forms will close on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.

The party, however, in a notification on Tuesday said the dates are in line with the ruling party’s adjusted timetable following the encroachment of two work-free days in the course of executing its timetable for the 2023 general elections.

The ruling party is said to have consequently fixed Saturday, May 14 and Sunday, May 15 for screening of all aspirants that have returned their duly completed and signed nomination and expression of interest forms to the APC Secretariat.
