APC vs PDP: Dogara, Dele Momodu, reacts to court sack of David Lyon

TRACKING____Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara and Media Mogul, Dele Momodu has reacted to the Supreme Court ruling that nullified the election of Bayelsa State Governor-Elect, David Lyon and his Deputy, Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo.

TrackNews recalls that on Thursday the Apex court in a unanimous judgement sacked the election of David lyon before his inauguration
The panel led by Justice Mary Odili held that Lyon’s deputy, Degi-Eremieoyo presented a forged certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Reacting, Dogara congratulated Douye, the people of Bayelsa State and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

He tweeted, ”A hearty congratulations to Senator Diri Douye and the #Bayelsa @OfficialPDPNig family over the Supreme Court verdict which declared him the Bayelsa State #Governor-elect.”
Also, Dele Momodu wrote, ”SUPREME COURT sacks the new BAYELSA GOVERNOR. Power returns to PDP in the State. This hire and fire is serious.”
