This investment is for a duration not more than 12 months. You can renew after your running investment contract has expired.
So here’s how it works; Mr. A invests N100,000. Every 30 days, he receives a credit alert of N25,000 from his bank.
(2) Baraza Bumper Harvest: with this package, you receive twenty-five percent (25%) as with the Baraza Simple Monthly Earner but you do not withdraw the profit or have it paid into your account. Instead, it is rolled over and multiplied by compound interest.
This is an absolutely fantastic plan for those who intend to build up value and wealth in the medium to long-term.
So here’s how this works; Mr. A invests N100,000 but this time he doesn’t receive an alert of N25,000. Instead, after the first month, the N25,000 is added to his initial capital of N100,000 and he now has N125,000 invested. At the end of the second month, 25% of N125,000 is what he gets as profit which is N31,250. And because he will not withdraw it, this N31,250 is added to his previous investment of N125,000 bringing his total investment at the end of the second month, his investment is now N125,000 + N31,250 = N156,250. If Mr. A chooses to let this investment run for 12 months, he will receive N1,450,000.
(3) Baraza Car Financing: with this package, you choose any car you wish to buy. Pay half of the money to Baraza and in 3 months you get your dream car. By paying only 50%.
Please note that only brand new cars are covered by this plan. No fairly used vehicles.
(4) Baraza Education Financing: are you a student? Or are you training one? Whether it’s primary school, secondary, University or post graduate. With this package you pay the full tuition for the first year to Baraza (3 months before your resumption date) and Baraza covers the entire remaining tuition up to the fourth year. For post-graduation students whose study durations may not be as long as 4 years, Baraza offers you two options. You can request for the remaining cash to be paid to you or you can nominate someone else to be a beneficiary.
(5) Baraza Business Builder: are you an entrepreneur looking to start a new business or trying expand an existing one. Whatever the cost of your proposed plan, pay 50% of the cost to Baraza and in 3 months, receive the equipment and materials at only half of the cost with no other payment whatsoever.
(6) Baraza Property Funding: looking to buy land, buy a house, build a house, renovate or furnish? Find out the total cost and pay just 50% to Baraza and in 3 months, we offset 100% of the costs for you and deliver that house, land, building materials or furnishings.
HOW TO QUALIFY:
You must be a member of the Baraza Co-operative, having sent a written application stating intent to join the cooperative, been accepted and having acquired Baraza Co-operative shares. Being an owner of the shares also means that you get to be a part of annual profit-sharing and qualify for loans from the cooperative.
