The Bayelsa State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has extended best wishes to minister of state for petroleum resources, Timipre Marlin Sylva as he marks his 58th birthday anniversary.
The party in a release issued on Thursday by the State Organizing Secretary, Tokpo Coronation Edward said, “May thou mayest behold, a shinning light that has defied all storms and tempests, rising above the limits, shinning over the twilights and brightening every path, navigating the icebergs, and Oxbow Lakes, walking past landmines and flying above limits set by man”.
According to the APC, the former two-term Bayelsa Governor has been encumbered by many of life’s circumstances but always braving all storms, roadblocks, roundabouts and the sharpest of bends to reach the place of destiny.
He noted that Sylva is a book for many to read and learn from, an inspiration to guide thoughts and actions, an example of selflessness, a path to thread.
“I and my family joins a host of your family, friends, acquittances and your political lineage to felicitate you on such an auspicious day that began your sojourn to the earth 58 years ago.
May you live long in good health, strength and soundness of mind”, the statement further said.
