The Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State, Hon. Barr. Francis Kolokolo, has joined leaders across the Niger Delta in celebrating the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.
