TRACKING__The Director Domestic Affairs to his excellency, Distinguished senator Douye Diri, executive governor of Bayelsa State, Barr. John Sambo warmly use this medium to thank God Almighty for adding another year to his life yesterday. In the same vain, he acknowledge and appreciate Bayelsans for their show of love and wishes showered on him to honour his birth yesterday….
According to Barr. John, ‘no amount of words or expression is equivalent to his feelings in regards to the honour and showers of blessings from Bayelsans and beyond on the occasion of his birthday yesterday’….. He reacted, ‘my birthday was widely celebrated on the bases of friendship and brotherhood, and the chains of political party lines and associations were broken in honour of my day, and that with this kind of display of love the state will grow in unity, peace and progress’……
He equally seized the opportunity to thank Bayelsans for their unwaving support and prayers for the prosperity administration of senator Douye Diri and promised that this administration will bring to bear critical infrastructures that will address the fundamental challenges of social amenities and security of lives and properties in the state.
Therefore, all hands must be on deck for the government to succeed, it is not time to play politics of party affiliation or group differences, but to join hands with the present administration to develop Bayelsa State to the envy of our sister states and beyond.
