Big Brother Naija star, Niyi, has advised gym enthusiast to ensure they undergo medical test before going to the gym.
The reality tv star in a post on his social media page relayed how a 28 year-old guy recently died in a gym, he visits.
According to him the guy who was battling high blood pressure refused to take his medication and thus died while doing exercise.
He therefore advised guys to always get their heart tested, undergo blood pressure test and other medical tests before visiting the gym.
His words,
“Guys … if you are going to be gyming. Please try and get your heart tested by a Doctor..Blood pressure and those medical tests.
A guy just died at the gym today during exercise. He was 28. Apparently he had high blood pressure and not taking meds and his Doc warned him”.
