Bearish trading, the Nigerian stock exchange drops N15 billion.

The domestic stock market closed on a negative note yesterday, with market capitalisation falling N15 billion or 0.56 percent to N26.517 trillion, down from N26.532 trillion the previous day.

In addition, the All-Share Index (ASI) fell 27.87 points, or 0.56 percent, to close at 49,161.45 versus 49,189.32 on Monday.

Shares of Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO), United Bank for Africa (UBA), Access Holding, and FBN Holdings were sold off, contributing to the
