His Excellency Sen Douye Diri is one iconic Leader that has achieved greatness by working his way through the ladder of success to becoming one of the most admired individuals and Leaders in the Niger Delta Region and beyond .
Christened as the Miracle Governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency Sen. Douye Diri has overtime proven that God can only crown hard work as it is almost impossible to bless a man that does virtually nothing for his overall well-being. It is only imperative that we celebrate those individuals who have set the pace for the younger generations,those whose success stories and way of life remains a blueprint for aspiring future leaders.
Bayelsa State is indeed blessed to have such a passionate,focused, enthusiastic, eloquent, articulate, intelligent and God-fearing Leader who has inclined himself to the sufferings and yearning of the people of Bayelsa State and has commissioned himself in his irrevocable task of transforming the plights and sufferings of our dear state irrespective of all huddles,to making Bayelsa safer and better for all .
HE Sir, your headstrong approach and passion to achieve what you set out to do are so remarkable and truly inspirational.You have guided us all in the right direction and motivated us to always do our very best at any given time and space. Thank you for being such a wonderful Leader, thank you for lifting up the face of Bayelsa State,thank you for the smiles on the faces of our civil service men and women, gracious thanks to you for all the laudable projects you have executed across the State,thank you for linking up the Southern Ijaw Local Government Area and other parts of our dear state. You continually receive hails from all the three Senatorial Districts for what you have been doing.
Particularly, let me use this occasion of your natal anniversary to commend you for speeding up all the ongoing projects in the state and awarding new projects on a daily basis. In no distant time,the Glory drive will hit Onopa and beyond. You are indeed a Godsent,a wonder working Governor.
Let me focus on wishing you well on your birthday because trying to talk about your achievements as the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State for less than four years would further lengthen this piece .
May God in HIS infinite mercies grant you the continuos strength,feat and wisdom to keep in pace with what you are doing for the good people of our dear state.
