TRACKING >>President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn in Boss Mustapha as the Secretary to Government of the Federation (SGF).

Reappointed July 6, 2019, Mustapha has the oath of office administered on to him alone at the council chamber of the presidential villa, Abuja on Wednesday.

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, had announced that the SGF would be sworn in alone while the ministers would be joined in nine batches of a group of five for their own swearing-in.

Mustapha, from Adamawa State, was first appointed as the SGF in October, 2017, replacing Babachir Lawal, who was relieved of the position, following the controversial grass-cutting contract he awarded to firms said to be linked to him.
