Drums support for PDP candidates at all levels
The Special Adviser to Bayelsa State Governor on Investment and leader of the Wind Prosperity Dynasty, Hon. Jonathan R. Obuebite Ph.D, has obtained his expression of interest and nomination form to represent the people of Brass-Nembe Federal constituency at the Green Chambers from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Today in Abuja.
Hon. Obuebite disclosed at the headquarters of the party in Abuja, that PDP remains the only hope for the common man in this country come 2023 at all levels of government.
Obuebite stated that his desire is for the people of Brass-Nembe Federal Constituency to feel the impact of true representation. That he will be a voice of effective, all-inclusive and prosperous representation that will add value and effective leadership at the Green Chambers which will be felt by the common man.
He commended the National Leadership of the party, the Governors of the party, BOTs and critical stakeholders of the party for their efforts, direction and never giving up spirit, which has back to back made the party the best party, admired by all sundry and is set to regain power at all levels come 2023.
Obuebite further maintained that all his political journey has been PDP, he has never jumped nor betrayed his party, and he knows that come 2023 his federal constituency seat is for the PDP and he will bring that victory to his party and the Prosperity Administration of his Boss and Leader, Senator Douye Diri.
He decried that, Nigeria is at a crossroad owing to the bad leadership it has faced from the current administration, “let me state this very clearly, Nigerians should be on red alert, PDP is the sure way for us to rescue our dear country from the hand of bad leadership, harsh economy, insecurity and poverty.
“Nigerians should support the PDP at all levels for a better and prosperous nation, where the rule of law and effective leadership will be felt”. He noted.
He particularly thanked His Excellency, Sen. Douye Diri for giving him the privilege to work with him and promise to work more closely with him as his eyes and ears in the Green Chamber of the National Assembly.
“I say as a former chief Whip and two-term member of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, member of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, I am well-grounded in the act of lawmaking and oversight, which are the primary functions of the legislative arm of government”. He noted finally.
