BREAKING: Kogi Deputy Governor Drags House of Assembly to Court Over Impeachment Move

TRACKING >Elder Simon Achuba has filed an application before the State High Court, Lokoja, challenging the move to impeach him and the purported notice served by the State House of Assembly.

Elder Achuba sued the legislative arm on the grounds that the impeachment notice was served out of time as it is also marked and punctuated with irregularities.

Date for hearing of the suit to be announced by the court soon.
