Anambra Governor Soludo Meets VP Shettima, caution Miscreants and Touts
Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has declared that the state has zero tolerance for miscreants, touts, and criminals.
Soludo made the declaration on Tuesday after a closed-door meeting with Vice President Kashim Shettima at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
He stated that security, law, and order are the top priorities of the Anambra State government.
Soludo further read out the riot act warning that miscreants, criminals, and all touts involved in extorting and expropriating innocent citizens through illegal revenue collection should desist immediately or face the full wrath of the law.
He emphasised that Anambra is a centre of commerce, and the government will not condone the harassment of citizens by touts.
The governor assured that the Anambra State government is ready to train anyone interested in skills acquisition and will also provide start-up funds for their businesses.
