Breaking: Again, Security Operatives Arrest Omoyele Sowore

Former presidential candidate of the African Action Congress in the 2019 general elections, Omoyele Sowore has been arrested.

According to SaharaReporters, the activist was arrested for attending the court cases of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and #BuhariMustGo protesters at the Federal High Court, Abuja.

Kanu is facing an 11-count charge of treason, treasonable felony, terrorism and illegal possession of firearms, among others.

TrackNews Online had earlier reported that security operatives denied lawyers, journalists and other court observers access to the courtroom on Monday.

Eyewitnesses claimed the security operatives manhandled Sowore before carting him away
