The National Television Authority (NTA) has clinched a monumental deal to air every pulse-pounding moment of the Africa Cup of Nations.

For sponsorship reasons, the Africa Cup of Nations, sometimes called the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations, or simply AFCON or CAN, is Africa’s foremost international men’s association football competition.

The 2024 edition will commence on Saturday, 13 January 2024, and end on Sunday, 11 February 2024, in Cote’d’Ivoire.

In a groundbreaking move, the NTA and Afro Sports have inked a game-changing memorandum of understanding to broadcast 52 thrilling matches of the Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire.

This comes after Multichoice, the owners of DSTV and Super Sports, failed to secure the rights.
