BREAKING: Supreme Court Nullifies Orji Uzor Kalu’s Conviction, Give Reasons

TRACKING____The Supreme Court has nullified the Conviction of a Former Governor of Abia State Dr Orji Uzor Kalu

Supreme Court holds that Justice Idris JCA lacked jurisdiction to try and convict Orji Uzor Kalu and 2 Others. Decision convicting them has been set aside by the Supreme Court. Section 396 (7) of ACJA is unconditional.
