Supporters of the Senator Esther Nenadi Usman-led National Caretaker Committee of the Labour Party (LP) celebrated on Wednesday following the release of the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the Supreme Court judgment affirming her leadership.

Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, who shared excerpts from the ruling, confirmed that the apex court upheld Usman’s position as the party’s legitimate leader.

The court also cautioned politicians to respect constitutional tenures within their parties.
