Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has predicted that his side’s UEFA Champions League round of 16 tie against Liverpool will be ‘very tough.’

According to Ancelotti, the Champions League match will be very entertaining and there will be a great atmosphere at both Anfield and Santiago Bernabeu.

The Italian said this while reacting to Real Madrid’s Champions League last-16 draw with Liverpool on Monday.

Track News had earlier reported that Real Madrid was drawn with the Reds in the Champions League last-16. It would be a repeat of last season’s final, where Los Blancos won against Jurgen Klopp’s side.

Reacting to the Champions League draw, Ancelotti said at his post-match press conference after Real Madrid’s LaLiga 3-2 defeat to Rayo Vallecano: “Liverpool will say the same thing about the draw. It will be a very entertaining tie and a very tough one. There will be a great atmosphere at Anfield and also at the Bernabeu. It will be a spectacular tie.”
