Adeleye Kunle Reports

Chelsea, led by new co-owner Todd Boehly, are eager to offload England midfielder Ross Barkley this summer, according to TrackNews.

Chelsea are reportedly looking to offload fringe player Barkley before the summer transfer window closes in September in order to revamp their wage structure this season.

Everton, West Ham, and Celtic are all interested in signing the 28-year-old this month.

Chelsea is also said to have offered Barkley to Scottish giants Celtic.

Barkley has yet to establish himself as a starter for Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel.

Under Tuchel, he only appeared in six Premier League games last season.
