TRACKING____The immediate past Chairman of IYC Eastern Zone, Comr. George Sammy has conveyed words of felicitation to the 8th Executive Council of IYC worldwide for their well deserved victory at the Oporoza elective convention.
Comr. Sammy who was one of the frontline Aspirants of the election and later withdrawn due to personal reason expressed great satisfaction over outcome of the election and stressed, this is what is described as UNITY CONVENTION were every son and sundry of IYC participated and accepted the outcome.
The erstwhile zonal and chapter chairmen forum Chairman in his message said, “I will give this new executive everything support within my reach to ensure they succeed”.
He further added, this is the peace and unity we have been yearning for all this years and today it has come to reality. He also commended all Aspirants that partook in the contest and said “Is a victory for Ijaw Nation” thence everybody should support the new executive for the collective interest of Ijaw Nation.
