TRACKING>>Ibrahim El-zakzaky, the leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, IMN, has been granted let to go seek medical treatment vin India by a Kaduna State High Court on Monday.
Heavy security was beefed up in Kaduna State ahead of the hearing of the ba application of El-zakzaky and his wife.
The couple who have been on detention since 2015 told the court that they need medical care because they have been suffering from metal poisoning which was caused by pellets of bullets in their body.
The bail application was presented before Justice Darius Khobo on July 29, 2019 by their lawyer Femi Falana. The application was opposed the Director, Public Prosecutions, Ministry of Justice of Kaduna State, Diri Bayero.
