FACT CHECK: PoS operator Louis Enoshi shot dead in Ebonyi

A Point of Sale (PoS) operator, Mr Louis Enoshi, has been shot dead in his residence at Umuogudu Akpu Ngbo community in Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi state.

A resident in the area, Monday Nweke, confirmed that the deceased was shot dead at his house on Wednesday morning.

“It’s a pity that Louis is no more; it’s too bad. The perpetrators should not go unpunished.

“This is a young man who has been working hard to make a living.

“I urge the police to ensure that the suspects are arrested and brought to book,” Nweke added

The Police Command in Ebonyi has also commenced an investigation into the murder of Enoshi.

DSP Joshua Ukandu, Command’s Public Relations Officer, conformed in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State capital that the incident occurred on Wednesday.

He said A full investigation had commenced to unravel the identity of the killers and bring them to justice.
