DAVIDO’s 250M: THE POLITICAL RASCALITY IN THE DONATION

Not so long ago, the vibrant and megastar singer David Adedeji Adeleke announced on his Instagram account that those who loved him should donate 1M each in jubilation of his 29th birthday this year. In less than 24 hours, he raised the huge sum of 200M. It is a surprise to all and sundry.

Many a opulent person who is either or not a fan of his responded almost immediately to the ‘playfully’ post and even ample politicians also contributed their lost. Huge personalities like the 2015 presidential candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Abubakar Atiku and the former Nigerian senate president, Alhaji Bukola Saraki both made posts and tagged him on their social media handles to celebrate and thank him as he gave more than all the money freely away to less privileged orphans.

The Nigeria crazy motivator and politician, Reno Omokri commented when he said that ‘Davido is much wiser than those that gave him monies’. It is on this that www.tracknews.ng wish to write on.

Imagine you have such money in your account and people wallow in abject penury bedside you? Be lenient and kind. Let them enjoy you, embrace them and their prayers will follow you like the fragrance of a morn rose.

Let the truth be told. All the politicians that are either tagged by the singer himself or contributed to the donation clandestinely are rascals! We call you rascals! You siphon our money and the only thing you do with it is to give it to someone who has more enough than you! It is a fact that you are even scatterbrained!
Is the donation the projects and manifestoes and plans that you promised us? Your fibs will take you to nowhere. We pray that the rigid hand of justice grips you and you shall face the music.
