ECOWAS Court Orders FG To Pay N30 million To Agba Jalingo

The ECOWAS Court has asked the Federal Government to pay N30m to a popular activist and journalist, Agba Jalingo for ill-treatment and torture in Cross River state.

The judgment was delivered on Friday following a suit brought by the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) on behalf of the journalist.
