Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports.

The Danda Chugwi village in the Jos South local government area of Plateau State was once more attacked by armed men on Sunday night, resulting in seven deaths and two injuries.

As a result of the eight deaths that happened after the injured were transferred to the hospital, eight additional persons have passed away.

Seven people have been proven dead at the Danda Chugwi community following an attack by Fulani militants, according to Rwang Tengwong, the BYM’s National Publicity Secretary, who verified the occurrence. At around 9:00 p.m. on July 31, 2022, the assault occurred. Other gunshot victims with serious injuries have been taken to Vom Christian hospital for quick medical attention.

The State Police Command was unable to confirm the incident since the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Alfred Alabo, had his phone off and the Media Officer for Operation Safe Haven, OpSH, Major Ishaku Takwa, was not reachable at the time of this report.

David Davou, a local who spoke to our medium, claimed that “Mr. Pam Gyang’s family was attacked, and some of them were shot and chopped with a machete. The victims’ burial will take place today morning, it was revealed. One family member lost tragically in the hospital after the other seven died instantly.
