Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike has joined the list of Nigerian celebrities who have showed interest in 2019 general elections.
Emeka Ike announced his emergence into politics on his Instagram page as he intend to contest for the House of Representative seat in Ideato South LGA of Imo State under the Young Progressive Party (YPP).
He wrote: YPP⊠the people friendly party⊠New blood⊠fresh breath⊠less clumsyâŠHe accompanied his write up with a signboard of YPP and his posters. In another post âYPP is changing the grassroot narative⊠youths⊠itâs our time letâs goâ.
The 51-years old has continued to post updates of his political campaigns.
