Ayra Starr: my stage fall embarrassing
Mavin star girl, Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, popularly known as Ayra Starr, has described her fall on stage as embarrassing.
While running backstage from the fore during her performance on Wednesday night at Afrochella in Ghana, Ayra tripped and landed on her back.
She swiftly got up and continued with her show like nothing happened.
Afrochella is an event aimed at celebrating Africa’s diverse culture and the vibrant work of African creatives and entrepreneurs with this year’s edition tagged, ‘Afrofuturism’.
Hours after the incident, the ‘Rush’ singer hit her Twitter handle to address the matter where she reprimanded the organisers for negligence which led to her ‘unnecessary and painful’ fall.
In the now-deleted tweet, she said: “Afrochella next time y’all should clean your stage after every artiste performance, that fall was very unnecessary and painful.”
Along with that, the 20-year-old entertainer prayed her crush never comes across the video clip.
“I just hope my crush never sees that video of me falling,” she added.
