I Will Write What I Like – Funke Akindele React to Netizens Condemning Her Post On Thread
Popular Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Funke Akindele has replied trolls condemning her post on the newly launched Meta app, Threads.
The social media app created by billionaire tech entrepreneur Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, bears resemblance to Twitter and has quickly gained a following of over 10 million users.
After joining the app, Funke Akindele shared a picture of herself showcasing her outfit while expressing her love for shoes.
She captioned the post, “I love shoes.”
Unfortunately, her post did not resonate well with some users, who criticized her for being immature.
A netizen opined that the app was intended for conversations and advised her against posting about her love for shoes.
The comment reads: “Yeye….. Na talk we dai talk here o Aunty Funke don’t come and be posting I love shoe oo”.
Mocking her, another @cybernatsquestioned the meaning of her post.
He wrote, “Ewo tun ni I LOVE SHOES Bayo. Aunty funky.. we’ll follow you massively don’t worry”
Reacting, Akindele wrote, “You don’t have to, I can write anything I like. Shebi Na me get my thread.”
