EPL: Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka surpasses Nicolas Anelka’s record

Arsenal star, Bukayo Saka, on Sunday surpassed the club’s former player, Nicolas Anelka’s record for the Gunners.

Saka has been directly involved in 36 Premier League goals for Arsenal after helping William Saliba and Fabio Vieira score against Brentford on Sunday.

He has scored 18 goals and provided 18 assists for Arsenal – contributing the second-most of any player while aged 21 or younger for the North London club.

Saka was responsible for providing assists for Saliba and Vieira during Arsenal’s 3-0 win over Brentford on Sunday afternoon.

As a result, the England international has been directly involved in 36 Premier League goals for Arsenal – seeing him overtake Anelka, who contributed on 35 occasions, according to Opta
