Former Liverpool midfielder, Danny Murphy has advised Kelechi Iheanacho to consider a move away from Leicester City.

Iheanacho has struggled for regular playing time this season.

The Nigeria international is behind Patson Daka and Jamie Vardy in the pecking order at the club.

The 26-year-old has made just one start for the Foxes this season.

Murphy said Iheanacho will do well for a club like Everton.

I think he’s got to play more,” Murphy told talkSPORT, as per HITC.

“I like Iheanacho. Iheanacho gets goals. I know he’s a bit unorthodox in the way he plays but he gets goals.

“He’d do for Everton, Iheanacho. You leave him up there, get the ball to him and he’ll get you goals.”
