Everton manager, Frank Lampard has said he is still confident in his ability and is not thinking about getting sacked by the Premier League.
The Toffees suffered a 4-1 defeat to Brighton in front of their fans on Tuesday night.
The visitors scored three goals in six second-half minutes to pile more pressure on Lampard.
After the final whistle, the fans booed the former Chelsea boss and the players off the pitch.
Everton have now won just one of their last 10 league games.
They will drop into the relegation zone if results go against them later this week.
But Lampard remains bullish about his future at the club.
āSince Iāve been here Iāve been in a relegation battle [both last season and this season]. I canāt control the talk but I donāt focus on it.
āIām very confident in myself but I canāt predict the future. Itās Manchester United [in the FA Cup] next and thatās all we can look at,ā Lampard told Sky Sports.
