Former Tottenham Hotspur football star, Darren Bent, has named Arsenal’s William Saliba and Newcastle United’s Sven Botman as the best two centre-backs in the Premier League this season.
Bent believes Saliba and Botman have been brilliant for Arsenal and Newcastle United, respectively.
Arsenal currently sits on top of the Premier League table, while Newcastle are in the fourth position.
“If I had to pick two centre-backs, I mean I’d be torn a little bit. So one would be William Saliba, but you agree with that. William Saliba would be one. I think he’s been brilliant and you’ve seen how good he’s been for Arsenal this season,” Bent said
