The National chairman of the amnesty phase 11 thanked beneficiaries for their sustained synergy and collaboration, noting that in no distance time all lingering BVN issues will be addressed.
The leader buttresses that BVN issues started long before this administration, however there is hope now, hence the need for patient is very key as these issues are generated by beneficiaries”

Mr. Iben Rufus salvation, further stated that Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro is a product of the struggle, who participated fully during the Niger Delta struggle and the Administrator knows the right thing to do for all beneficiaries.
