Ex-appointees get ultimatum to return vehicles

TRACKING >>The Cross River State government has directed all ex-appointees to return their official vehicles within 78 hours to avoid being embarrassed by law enforcement agents.

A statement by the Chief of Staff to the governor, Martins Orim, reads: “All former commissioners, Special Advisers, Special Assistants and other former appointees of the Cross River State government, including chairmen and members of commissions, boards, agencies, governing councils and local governments security council chairmen, who were given official vehicles, are directed to return same to the office of the Chief of Staff to the governor within 78 hours.
