Bayelsa state governor, Duoye Diri, in deep worship after Supreme court upheld his election
TRACKING_____Bayelsa state governor, Duoye Diri, went into deep worship shortly after news got to him that the Supreme court has upheld his election.
The Supreme court this morning dismissed the application filed by the APC, seeking a review of the judgement annulling the election of its candidate in the November 2019 election, David Lyon and instating Duoye Diri into office.
The court held that APC’s application lacked merit and that the decision of the court cannot be reversed.
Diri was in the Abuja home of his predecessor, Seriake Dickson, when the apex court ruled in their favour. They went on their knees to woship and praise God for the judgement.
