Davido decries poor state of Osun roads
TRACKING____Davido recently visited his hometown Ede, in Osun state Nigeria and the Nigerian superstar didn’t like the way the roads have remained the same way despite a new government administration, so he took it up on social media with his fans. Read the exchange below…

In September 2018, the Osun state gubernatorial election held and Davido’s uncle Ademola Adeleke PDP candidate won majority votes of 254,698 while Mr Oyetola of the APC came close with 254,345 votes.
Mr Adeleke’s margin of lead, 354 votes, was lower than the cancelled votes which were 3,498. Hence the re-run in seven polling units.
At the end of the supplementary election, the PDP’s initial victory had been upturned and Mr Oyetola was declared the winner of the poll. At the end of the tally of votes, the APC candidate scored a total of 255,505 votes while the PDP candidate scored a total of 255,023 votes.
However, with the cancellation of the rerun election by the tribunal, the initial result was recognized thus leading the tribunal to declare Mr Adeleke the winner. Oyetola then appealed the ruling by the tribunal and was declared winner instead of Adeleke.
Maybe if Ademola Adeleke was given gubernatorial power, he might have been able to solve the problem of bad roads in the state.
