I became a Christian the day I stopped going to church – Daddy Freeze declares
Controversial media personality and self-acclaimed online preacher Daddy Freeze recently took to his Twitter page to make a shocking declaration.
Many have wondered when he was called to preach the gospel of Christ and he revealed he became a Christian the day he stopped going to church.
He added that he now attends church online where God is worshipped in truth and in spirit not where pastors make buffoons of themselves.
See his post below:
“I became a Christian the day I stopped going to church. For the last 3 years, i stopped going to ‘church’. I now attend church online with our members across the world, where God is worshiped in truth and in spirit, not where pastors make buffoons of themselves soliciting money like who*es on narcotics to fund their worldly lifestyles.”
This is coming after Freeze shared his thoughts on a video showing Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo asking church members to sow $1000 (N360,000) each.
“In this episode, Aunty Funke’s brother in the seed, Boda Biodun asks for a seed for unusual exploits. Boda Biodun quotes Ecclesiastes 9:16 saying The words of a poor man are not heard… If so why do poor people bother going to church in the first place?
Ecclesiastes 9:16 is an old covenant bible verse that has absolutely no relevance to Christianity! Each time you read the Old Testament you put a veil over your heart, let Jesus take that veil away now,” he wrote.
